MotherG Presented with Elite Award for Best of the Best Small Business Category

At the annual “Chicago’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For®” luncheon held on July 10, 2015 at the Oak Brook Marriott, not only were the winning companies recognized, but 12 Elite winners were also honored, representing 12 different award categories. This distinctive awards competition is presented annually by the National Association for Business Resources.

These Elite Chicago companies represent the best practices in human resources programs. The winners are selected based on their overall high scores and are then named an Elite winner in their respective category.

MotherG, an IT managed service provider in Chicago, was awarded the “Best of the Best Small Business,” which focused on their exceptional customer service and their concept of Light Switch Technology, technology you never have to worry about! MotherG was founded on the belief that small and mid-sized organizations should have problem-free, stable, secure computing networks just like their larger cousins, the Fortune 500 companies. Technology should work just like a light switch. The 12 elite winners are selected based on their overall high scores and then named an elite winner in their highest performing category.

Nominated companies are assessed by reviewing a number of key measures in each category. Each company’s entry was evaluated by an independent research firm.

“We are proud to provide a forum for these select companies to be recognized and honored. It takes dedication and a strong commitment to one’s employees to be named an Elite Winner. This year’s recipients keep innovative human resource initiatives at the forefront and make it a priority to consider their workforce as an essential aspect in their companysuccess,” said NABR CEO Jennifer Kluge
